Only what you give us in our forms: name, company, work email, the trades and regions you pick, and for bid support the tender details and message you send. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers on this site.

Matched-tender emails and introductions: your consent, given with the checkbox on the signup form. Bid support requests: to reply to and act on your request (steps before a contract). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Our email and form service providers, acting on our instructions. If you ask to be introduced to a bidder, we share your business contact details with that bidder only after telling you. We never sell your data.

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for bid support for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email tenderbender@mail.grokbot.com at any time to opt out, or to access, correct or delete your data. You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Tender information comes from public notices on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder and contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Summaries may be AI-assisted; the official notice always takes precedence.
